This analysis uses data-driven insights to diagnose Mixue's business and proposes building the "Snow-King Universe" strategy to move beyond price competition and secure sustainable brand value.

Analyst's Note: All data analysis in this section is based on official prospectuses and financial reports submitted by Mixue Group to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). Rather than indirect external data, Python was used to directly extract data from the company's core disclosure documents, then reprocessed and visualized through Excel. Analysis focused on pre- and post-listing financial indicators to identify Mixue's unique "supply chain finance" and "self-sustaining growth model" beyond being a simple budget beverage brand. Note: 2024 data reflects only 9 months (9M) as per disclosure documents.
